Savvy investors understand that a company is only as good as its management team, and Cannabis One Holdings Inc. (CSE:CBIS) (OTC:CAAOF) is one company that continues to add seasoned experts to its roster.

On Friday, Cannabis One announced the appointment of a new company president and chairman of the board, both of which bring a wealth of experience to the team.

“We are very excited to have Josh and Chris, who have been working closely with the Company for over two years now and have sat on our board of directors since we went public earlier this year, take on much more active roles with the Company,” said Cannabis One CEO Jeffery A. Mascio.

We believe that their increased involvement will help take Cannabis One to the next level through creating a more structured capital market and M&A strategy. Josh brings a wealth of capital markets knowledge and experience and will be instrumental in assisting the Company with its future financing needs, while Chris brings his business acumen and insight to help the Company operate at a higher and more efficient level,” he added.
