Cannabis Watch: We take a closer look at cannabis companies and how they performed in the markets for the day. Today’s companies will be Nutritional High International Inc. (CSE:EAT) (OTCQB:SPLIF) and Golden Leaf Holdings Ltd. (CSE:GLH) (OTCQB:GLDFF).
Nutritional High International Inc.
Nutritional High is a licensed Canadian cannabis company with a product line of cannabis edibles. The company also develops brands, trademark applications, and packaging for cannabis products.
On February 22nd, Nutritional High launched its Mile High FLI Club, a rewards program supporting the marketing of FLI-branded products. The program is meant to build customer loyalty and a likeable brand. The Mile High FLI Club will be available in all states where FLI products are being sold by licensed operators.
Since this announcement, Nutritional High has actually dropped off in stock price. The company's stock has lost approximately 4.65% in selling price from February 22nd to now.
Looking strictly at today's results, Nutritional High grew on both the OTCBQ exchange and the CSE market - although, only by a small margin.
On the OTCQB exchange, the company closed the day at $0.39, putting the stock up $0.01, or 1.56%, from the previous closing price of $0.38. The day's trading ranged between $0.37 and $0.39, compared to the 52-week trading which ranged between $0.05 and $0.94.
Nutritional High performed similarly on the CSE. The company closed at $0.495, which put the stock up $0.005, or 1.02%, from the previous closing price of $0.49. The day's trading ranged between $0.465 and $0.495, while the 52-week trading has ranged between $0.39 and $0.96.

Golden Leaf Holdings Ltd.
Golden Leaf produces and distributes cannabis oil and flowers products.
On March 8th, Golden Leaf released a new line of cannabis-infused fruit chews that are supposed to have restorative ingredients in them. Since making this announcement, Golden Leaf's stock has jumped around quite a bit. Although the company's stock is up in price from the day of the announcement, on both its exchanges, for today, Golden Leaf's stock has dropped.
On the OTCQB, Golden Leaf closed at $0.2581, putting the stock down $0.0019, or 0.73%, from the previous closing price of $0.26. The day's trading ranged between $0.2475 and $0.27, while the 52-week trading for the company has ranged between $0.12 and $0.5805.
Golden Leaf didn't fare much better on the CSE. The company closed the day at $0.325, putting the stock price down $0.005, or 1.52%, from the previous closing price of $0.330. The day's trading ranged between $0.32 and $0.335, compared to the 52-week trading which has ranged between $0.28 and $1.15.
