CannaOne Technologies Company Profile

CannaOne Technologies Inc. (CNNA:CNX) was founded by a team of developers who recognize the tremendous opportunity that the commercial cannabis industry has to offer. CannaOne is developing proprietary technologies that provide custom solutions for global markets, with a focus on local businesses that are in the start-up stages and an ambition to scale efficiently beyond immediate market bases.

CannaOne aims to meet the needs of a new and constantly fluctuating industry. CannaOne applies in-depth research of cannabis businesses to deliver digital tools that serve the multi-faceted enterprise, and encourage positive growth from the ground up.

CannaOne takes a three-pronged approach to cannabis business. Firstly, by operating proactively with one eye on the horizon event from the first stages of starting a new cannabis dispensary, CannaOne aims to keep acquisition cost-per-customer as low as possible. Secondly, CannaOne offers tailored solutions to start-up growing pains by operating only within the cannabis industry, so it can focus solely on the diverse and unique challenges within the emerging legal market in North America. Thirdly, CannaOne pays particular attention to UI (user interface) and UX (user experience) design to remain competitive in an increasingly-online consumer market. CannaOne places a spotlight on the importance of user-friendly, aesthetically up-to-date websites to strengthen dispensary businesses’ marketability and help its clients to stand out from the crowd. All three of these components come together to help CannaOne’s clientele establish a firm footing in the nascent cannabis retail world.

Continuing to Grow and Expand Across the Cannabis Industry

On October 20th 2018, CannaOne completed its initial public offering through Leede Jones Gable Inc. a total of 1,250,000 common shares for gross proceeds of $500,000 CAD. On October 21st, CannaOne had a total of 19,762,769 issued and outstanding shares listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange, trading under the symbol “CNNA.”

On January 8th, 2019, CannaOne announced that its common shares had been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the trading symbol “3CT.” The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is one of the world’s largest trading centres for securities. It welcomes international market participants, with roughly 50% of its 200 market participants operating from countries other than Germany. Listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will allow CannaOne access to European and other international investors, and positions the company for global development and maneuverability.

On February 13th, 2019, CannaOne announced it had launched itsprimo.com with its BloomKit technology for Primo Networks, based in Washington.

On February 26th, 2019, CEO Solomon Riby-Williams released a statement providing a corporate update to CannaOne’s shareholders to state that the company is focusing on successfully expanding its global business initiative through 2019 and 2020. Riby-Williams indicated that CannaOne is currently in negotiations with parties specifically relating to joint development of online marketplaces in “multiple countries in Asia and Europe.” Further, Riby-Williams revealed that CannaOne is continuing to pursue business prospects in North America, across Canada and where marijuana is legal in the United States. CannaOne intends to take full advantage of the currently fragmented cannabis market in North America (largely due to inconsistent governing regulations) to continue to position itself as a consolidated service for clients, attracting business by offering a one-stop-shop platform to simplify the entrepreneurial process.

Also on February 26th, 2019, CannaOne stated that the company is in direct conversation with several “industry experts” for the purpose of expanding the Board of Directors and the Strategic Advisory Committee, specifically to widen CannaOne’s knowledge base of online retail, payment processing, and product fulfillment fields.

BloomKit

CannaOne’s inaugural technology is a software called BloomKit. BloomKit facilitates the growth of a socially responsible business structure by offering an all-in-one software kit for the management of online and retail cannabis businesses.

BloomKit features thematic online storefronts for dispensaries with an equal focus on UI (user interface) and UX (user experience) for aesthetically pleasing and functional websites, business research and marketability, product management, the ability to monitor and track scheduled pick-up and delivery logistics, unique payment and point-of-sale systems, marketing advice specific to the cannabis industry, and customization for medical and recreational-focused businesses. BloomKit also boasts a modular adaptability that allows it to adhere to local government regulations. CannaOne advertises that BloomKit is able to deliver historical and current trending analytics to ensure optimal business management, and over time can offer predictive content and product recommendations. BloomKit currently offers further tailored information for marijuana markets in Canada and California.

In summary, CannaOne advertises BloomKit as the one-stop-shop solution for small-scale and start-up cannabis distributors by offering software and support for every step of the process from business research to product marketing, website design and point-of-sale systems all geared specifically to the emerging cannabis sales industry.
