On December 18th, Medical Marijuana said Technology Headlines Magazines included its subsidiary in its list of leading cannabis players. Ten companies in total were on the list.

MJNA Stock Reaping the Benefits

Technology Headlines Magazine recently published an article titled 10 Key Players to Watch in the Cannabis Industry. Included in the ten, Technology Headlines Magazine featured Kannaway, one of Medical Marijuana Inc.'s subsidiaries.

On the news, MJNA stock jumped. According to Yahoo Finance, as of 12:27 PM, MJNA is trading at $0.096, which puts the MJNA stock up 3.90%.

Not the First Time

The Kannaway subsidiary is a hemp lifestyle network, which is the first to offer CBD hemp botanical products. This is not the first time the magazine has highlighted the success of Kannaway. This month, the publication wrote an article elaborating on Kannaway's cannabis products, as well as their Brand Ambassador program. The feature also listed the company as the future of the industry.

"We are thrilled," said Kannaway CEO Blake Schroeder when speaking on the news. Schroeder went on to explain that "this kind of media coverage" will help them "showcase our continuing accomplishments." It will also allow the MJNA subsidiary to publicly illustrate "how much [it] care[s] about expanding the CBD industry."
