Liht Cannabis Corp. Extends Warrants by One Year

KELOWNA, BCMar. 1, 2019 /CNW/ - Liht Cannabis Corp. (CSE:LIHT) (OTCQX:LIHTF) or the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors have extended the expiry date of the following series of common share purchase warrants by one year.

  • 1,613,075 warrants, that were issued on March 16, 2018 pursuant to closing of the first tranche of a private placement for gross proceeds of $1,339,680, exercisable to purchase 1,613,075 common shares of the Company at $0.87 per common share, and which are due to expire on March 17, 2019will now expire on March 16, 2020.
  • 1,980,909 warrants, that were issued on April 2, 2018 pursuant to closing of the second tranche of a private placement for gross proceeds of $1,713,486, exercisable to purchase 1,980,909 common shares of the Company at $0.87 per common share, and which are due to expire on April 2, 2019will now expire on April 2, 2020.

All other warrant terms will remain unchanged. Broker warrants issued pursuant to this issuance are not eligible for this extension.
