Hispters Rejoice: THC-Infused Sriracha is Here!

THC sriracha

THC sriracha: Fairwinds, a Washington-state based company, just launched its own THC-infused Sriracha.

This new product isn't officially affiliated with the popular Sriracha sauce everyone knows and loves, but has certainly taken off recently. Per package, the sauce contains 100mg of THC.

The product label reads:

"Bring the heat to a new high. Crafted from an ancient and familiar recipe, we've packaged the heat, flavor and as much THC cannabis oil as we legally can into this bottle! Spice'n up your food, or for the daring, drop under your tongue and enjoy the ride."

The sauce was first designed to add spice and flavor to popular Asian dishes such as Pho and Ramen. Sriracha has become a staple in a lot of different food restaurants around the world and has even been embraced by the fitness community - due to its strong flavor punch and low calories.

The new tincture designed by Fairwinds is to boost your food and get you stoned. The company has a made a 'challenge' to all of its buyers to take the product sublingually - but caution most because of its heat.

Cannabis Industry Growing

Marijuana-infused products are rising in popularity as recreational cannabis legalization is spreading. Sauces have stood out from the rest of the new products to enter the market as it seems they act as a perfect carrier for cannabis oil.

As legal recreational cannabis continues to spread, the demand for these types of products will continue to rise.

Steve Schechcerle, head of Business Development at Fairwinds, told HighTimes:

"The idea for sriracha came along really just from the recent hype around it. People happen to love the Sriracha hot sauce and we figured, why not? It's a fantastic idea. We can do this in-house, we can blend our own peppers, we can make our own ingredients. Why not go for it?"

This new THC sriracha is made without GMOs, is gluten-free, vegan, and kosher. It will be interesting to see what other day-to-day products will become infused with TCH.
