This is an exciting time for leading software development company CannaOne Technologies Inc. (CSE:CNNA) (OTCPK:CNONF). The cannabis space in North America is in need of the e-commerce solutions that CannaOne provides, and as the industry matures, the publicly traded company is well-positioned to capitalize.
To ensure that CannaOne makes the most of its position, it has engaged two investor relations firms, Thesis Capital Inc. and Hybrid Financial Ltd. These firms will provide the company with investor relations, financial, and shareholder communications services.
Both Thesis and Hyrbid will assist CannaOne Technologies in facilitating its financing targets and requirements. This will keep the company moving towards its exciting initiatives and allow investors to get an early stake in the burgeoning cannabis e-commerce space.
CannaOne Technologies CEO, Mr. Riby-Williams, said:
“Our engagement of these two highly reputable and vastly experienced investors relations organizations should definitely assist us to provide swift, clear and concise updates to our current and prospective shareholder base as it pertains to the current developments of our business activities and overall expansion plans.”
An independent capital markets advisory firm, Thesis Capital offers objective advice on investor relations, communications strategy, and overall market intelligence.
In addition to these services, Thesis will also provide CannaOne Technologies with a detailed strategy comprising investor relations, corporate communications, strategic business development counsel, and retail and institutional investor outreach.
The firm’s work with CannaOne is for an initial 6-month agreement, for which it will receive a monthly service fee of $6,000. The agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless written notice about its termination is provided to either party.
A sales and distribution company, Hybrid Financial helps effectively and efficiently build brands and increase market awareness for its clients.
Hybrid will work with CannaOne Technologies to increase its market and brand awareness. Through its campaign, it will also broaden the company’s reach within the investment community. For these services, Hybrid will receive $30,000 CAD.
CannaOne Technologies’ Upcoming Initiatives
With Thesis and Hybrid maximizing CannaOne Technologies’ ability to connect with investors and build brand awareness, the company can focus on its ongoing growth strategy.
Perhaps most exciting is its joint venture with LevelOut UK to launch an online CBD marketplace for the United Kingdom. Market research indicates that demand for CBD in the UK is growing rapidly and that by 2025, the market could be worth £1 billion.
In addition, CannaOne is working with Manna Health Services SA de CV to establish a similar marketplace for premium CBD products tailored to the Mexican market.
As Mexico is currently in the process of legalizing cannabis and hemp, CannaOne Technologies is incredibly well-positioned to benefit from this market. Not only will it have a first-mover advantage with CBD e-commerce, but it can also easily scale its marketplace for sales of recreational cannabis products.
Both the UK and the Mexico online marketplaces will launch in the first half of 2020.
The company’s first CBD marketplace, BWell Market, launched in June, two months ahead of schedule. It has more than 11,000 members and offers nearly 100 individual CBD products such as topicals, pre-rolls, vapes, oils, pills, edibles, and concentrates.
CannaOne Technologies’ vision is to provide wide-ranging online solutions for the cannabis industry. By partnering with Thesis and Hybrid, it is now well-positioned to do just that. Keep watching this space for more updates on this exciting company.
