Insurance Firm Joins New York Cannabis Group Over License, Fee Drama Issues

A workers' compensation safety committee is being formed for the New York cannabis sector. McNeil's founder and president, Daniel McNeil, stated that the newly created safety organization will provide "a platform for prosperity and success for New York cannabis enterprises of all sizes and backgrounds." McNeil & Co. and the Cannabis Association of New York have joined the New York State Insurance Fund to give cannabis businesses a long-term insurance alternative.
