Marijuana Penny Stocks: TGOD Stock Up 10%, Will It Go Higher?

TGOD stock

Marijuana penny stocks are up and down this morning on Canadian and US markets. Most of the major cannabis stocks are seeing green on both the TSX and NYSE. Trades have ramped up day by day since the US markets were closed on Monday.

Today, we'll take a look at a pair of marijuana penny stocks dominating their respective markets. Will cannabis stocks stay green as the week comes to a close? Let's find out!

The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd (TSX:TGOD)

The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings is a cannabinoid-based research and development company that is based out of Mississauga, Ontario. The company produces organic dried cannabis, edibles, fresh cannabis, seeds, and cannabis oils. The Green Organic Dutchman was incorporated back in 2016.

This morning, TGOD is leading the marijuana penny stocks on the TSX for most share gains in volume and number of trades. The stock is seeing larger percentage gains than most of the major cannabis stocks on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the moment.

This morning, The Green Organic Dutchman announced that it and its wholly-owned subsidiary SpinCo have received a final order from the Ontario Supreme Court of Justice. In this order, the court approved the plan of agreement to give SpinCo shareholders unit purchase warrants of SpinCo.

This may be the reason for the recent spike in TGOD. According to Yahoo Finance, the marijuana penny stock is trading at $3.41 a share, up +$0.36 (+11.80%).

The Yield Growth Corp. (CSE:BOSS)

The Yield Growth Corp provides digital financial services to legally operating businesses in the marijuana industry. The company has plans to develop a mobile payment application that would allow customers to order products from a smartphone, computer, or tablet.

This morning the marijuana penny stock jumped up on the CSE after it announced its listings on the Frankfurt (YG3) and the OTC Markets. The Yield Growth entered the cannabis space back in April of 2018, so it's fairly new to the industry. If you're looking to invest in a few marijuana penny stocks, I'd put BOSS on your watch list.

According to Yahoo Finance, BOSS is trading at $0.42 a share on the CSE, up +$0.03 (+7.69%).
