VAUGHAN, ON, Feb. 4, 2019 /CNW/ - Ignite International Brands, Ltd. (formerly Green Axis Capital Corp.) (the "Company") wishes to announce that the board of directors of the Company has approved the granting of 1,710,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") to certain directors, officers, and employees of the Company, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The Options are exercisable at a price of $3.50 per share, will vest equally over a three-year period, and expire on February 2, 2024.
