The cannabis industry has been moving in leaps and bounds with recent successes with cannabis edibles. However, cannabis drinkables are the latest addition to this budding industry. In light of this development, the Boston Beer Company, Inc. (NYSE: SAM), has announced the launch of a new brand of cannabis beverage: the TeaPot. This new brand is the company's first cannabis-infused beverage. For a start, TeaPot will only be available in select Canadian provinces from July.
Boston Beer Company is known for its high-quality drinks. They are the makers of Samuel Adams, Truly Hard Seltzer, and Twisted Tea. The TeaPot will come in different varietals, but the brand's first release is the “Good Day Iced Tea,” made with real lemon black tea and infused with Pedro's Sweet Sativa, grown by Entourage Health Corp (TSXV: ENTG; OTCQX: ETRGF).
Canada's cannabis-infused beverage market share has skyrocketed by nearly 850% since its surge in 2020. This rapid breakout has made this industry to be almost twice the size of its counterpart in the United States.

Every 355ml (12 ounces) can of TeaPot contains 5mg of THC. TeaPot is produced so that the taste of cannabis is minimized. "TeaPot purposefully pairs the right tea with the right pot for the right occasion," said Paul Weaver, Director, Head of Cannabis at the Boston Beer Company. "Each is precisely dosed for social gatherings with friends and family. We think TeaPot is the best-tasting cannabis beverage on the market, and we can't wait for people to try it – we think they'll agree."
